did a couple powerglide valve body "e clip" jobs today. i finally made a tool that seems to hold them well, after chasing one E clip all over my bench. i cant remember how i used to do it before.the pliers are from a cheap set of harbor freight small pliers. note the grinding of the outside , and a small notch inside to hold the clip from sliding around.

by the way , that motor runs very strong!
